Suggestion: Automatic Searching with Thread Titles?

Suggestion: Automatic Searching with Thread Titles? One feature that I really really miss from dsmtuners, is when you typed your thread title, it would automatically pull up like 5 threads close to your thread title and was very accurate.
The 'search' feature itself on forums and this one, while they work, sometimes are hard to get what you're looking for or give you too many results that don't match up that you need to sift through.
The thread title auto-search also helped avoid a lot of dumb posts that had been answered a million times before.
I believe the software is all the same, but whether or not it's an easy mod to implement I have no idea.
