Private Messages
Private Messages I have about 55 private messages in my box that I have read. The maximum is 70, so I'm getting tight on space. I would like to save these as I will be getting back with the senders once I have finished the project they've inquired about. I have read these private messages. I am saving these so I will have records on what they asked me about and what my correspondence was about with them , since alot of them are several messages by the same persons. How can I save these to my computer, and clear up some mail box space? If I'm not being clear here, let me know, and I'll try to reparaphrase?

You can download your private messages as raw text, CSV (comma separated value), or XML ... If none of that made sense to you, use text 
Scroll all the way to the bottom of your PM list, and look for the link "Download all Private Messages as:" ... You can also select individual messages for download by checking the box and choosing "Download as ..." from the drop down box at the bottom of the list.
