The only issue I've had recently is an error about the connection to the server being reset and I have to wait a min before I can open the page again. Only happens on occasion, but it is annoying. Has happened both at home, at work, and at my parents' place when I visited them over the weekend, on 3 different computers.

It doesn't happen a lot, just occasionally.

Speed has seemed to be fine typically.

I have been having slower than normal loading times as well. they have been acting up the last couple weeks. I have used several differnet computers, none of them slow, but the 2 that i use the most, one is a core i5 with 8gb ram and the other is a intel quad core 2.66ghz with 8gb ram. They are both hardwired and both use IE9. Is there a setting that i can turn on or off that i am missing to help load faster? The top of the page always loads fast but the buttom where the text should be is what hangs for me causing me to refresh the page to get it to load.

thanks
anthony

I wonder if you guys need to clear your cookies/cache and try a hard refresh: ctrl+F5.
Also, if your browser is clearing history/cookies when you close, this could eat up some time as all the images on the site load.

I couldn't even open the page earlier this afternoon for about 30 minutes.

Seems OK now.

There was a DDoS on the network this morning/afternoon which could have impacted site performance.

Distributed Denial of Service attack. Basically a ton of incessant hammering the site with gobs of data to overload the servers and crash them. Usually done by people who have no life and hate the world.
