whats it take to be banned?

This guys got history of scamming one newbie after another. Here are 3 threads started by 3 different members in the negative feedback forum.

There really isn't much in the "banned members" guidelines that refers to scammers but this guy leads the pack. So, is this just a discretionary decision made by the mods? Isn't it time for Red to be banned before he scams the next guy?

Well it says banned scammer under his name so I would say he's done.
