Sorry, but the US&R section is not here to create hate threads towards members who's posting habits irritate you.

If a member is causing problems in a section, then site staff will be the ones to make a decision and deal with it. If you are being harrassed by a particular member in a thread or section, and it hasn't been noticed by a moderator, then your best bet would be to contact a mod in that section and give him examples of your complaints for review.
