Loading pages it defaults to the bottom

Default Loading pages it defaults to the bottom
Every time I click on a thread or menu it jumps to the bottom of the page.

Any ideas whats going on? It's only doing this on tech.

Me too... I logged out, restarted and all that ****.. thought it was in my system.. lol searched the net for 20 mins before realizing it wasnt doing it on other pages.. haha. Nice one Tech....
