Off Topic Section?

Off Topic Section? Just some ideas I had.
I don't know how this forum is, but my RC helicopter forum has an off topics section and some very interesting stuff pops up in there. I think it would be a good addition to the site. It won't affect the regular use of the site, but would add to it and allow for people to talk about other things.
They (the rc helicopter forum) also have an online chat system that works really well, and could really help a lot of people here. The Site it Helifreak if anybody else is a member there. I know you can't see the off topics or chat if you're not a member there.
