Hello fellas I'm new to the Forums... Just recently bought online an oil catch can & 160 thermostat from KY Speed... Problem is I bought it on march 29th till today it's still saying processing... I gave a call to them over 10 times but no one answers... I've emailed them and only once they wrote back.. They said by the 4th of April they would update me with my shipment info ... Tracking number. Well it's been 10 days and still nothing... Wait well in my account info it went from processing to items order for dropship... Not even a tracking number... I'm still messaging them an I get no reply... Am I one of those unlucky customers or does this happen to everyone who orders from them??

 

Did you pay via Paypal or credit card? If so either way, file a dispute and you will get your money back.
