Well it appears you were trying to attach to the following post of yours:
https://ls1tech.com/forums/16692381-post8.html

Please copy/paste the exact error you received, and if possible, a screen capture of the issue.

I checked your account and you have normal permissions to attach and your account shows you've attached in the past few years.

I've not heard any similar issues. See the Microsoft article, linked below, which suggests that this could be caused by 3rd party software interfering with your IE or wrong settings:

I have wndows7 home premium os.
why doesn't it effect other websites?
went through the described fix, same results.

That article applies more than just XP. It appears that others are able to use the Attachment feature and I was able to add an attachment to your post.

It appears to possibly be something on your side and may be a 3rd party software installed and interfering as the Microsoft article suggests.

I tried all the fixes, still does not work. I have uploaded pics on syty.net, s-10 forum, performance trucks today with no problem????

PT and LS1Tech share resources on the server side. If it works on PT but not LS1Tech then, to me, that makes me suspect there is something local (on your side) that is interfering with the process.

I understand that you said the issue doesn't occur on other sites. However, I have not seen others report the same issue and the logs show several attachments uploaded at any given time. Meaning that others are able to use the attachment system and so it doesn't appear to be an obvious issue on the server side to make it a global issue for all members to experience the issue.

I'll do some more poking, but at this time, I can only suggest you try a different computer or maybe another browser.
