No mobile site?

No mobile site? Is the mobile site no longer around? Everytime I come on here on my phone I cannot get to the mobile site. I don't have the option to change it at the bottom.
https://ls1tech.com/forums/ that's what my address bar shows and it's the mobile site. I couldn't figure out how to swap from the full site to mobile either.
Yea I cannot get to the mobile site from the full site on my phone either. Only way I can get it is if I clear the history cache and cookies on my phone then usually I can get that popup to come up when I click on the site link asking if want to see the mobile site.

The feature is cookie-based to remember the last setting (disable or enable) so that the member doesn't have to repeatedly answer the Yes or No via the pop-up. Did you, at any time, disable the mobile theme by selecting No when prompted for the mobile theme?
You should be able to use the drop-down menu in the lower left corner to manually select the Lightweight theme as long as your phone's browser allows javascript.
