One of the fields is optional (URL) but if you do include a URL then it checks some details to ensure there is some valid transaction there. That's sometimes where members run into an issue.

I'm able to leave iTrader feedback for some who already has at least one rating, but for the life of me, I can't figure out how to leave feedback for someone who has no existing feedback because they don't have an iTrader icon next to their screen name alongside each post in a thread.
NEVERMIND, the iTrader rating literally just showed up next to the member's user name after I went and looked at my own rating. weird.
