Can't change email

Can't change email I know I'll probably feel stupid once I get the answer but I can't seem to find where to change email at. My old one has a lot of spam and such so I made a new one and want that to be my account email for this site.. Help.

2) Edit Email & Password: https://ls1tech.com/forums/profile.php?do=editpassword
3) Must provide your password
4) Change the Edit Email Address fields.
5) Save Changes.
