Default Log in-no email recognition

I am still logged in on the mobile app, it's hardly working so I tried logging in on the web forum and it does not recognize my email to log in/and for password retrieval. Anyone have the fix for this problem?

What email address are you trying to use for the Password Recovery? You need to supply the email address that's currently associated with the account for the process to work, otherwise anyone could still an account.

If you don't have access to that email address any longer, then you need to contact an Administrator, or myself, and supply us with some of the information (old and new email address, etc.).

I would suggest using PM and not posting the information here if you don't want to get your email address indexed for spam.

By the way, you don't enter your email address when trying to log in.

Thanks Jeremy. It was an Email adress I no longer had acess to I suppose. It took some investigative work from the wife, she got it straightened out.
