Cannot use old email and need to change password and email. Admin help!

Default Cannot use old email and need to change password and email. Admin help!
Been a member here for a decade and my old email was shut off and can't remember my password as I was always just logged in. Can someone change my email in the system to my new email so I can change password and log in fr other devices? Please pm me and will give you my old and new email for verification.
