Default Ads hovering over content

I'm not sure if anyone else is having this issue, but reading the site on my iPad results in the advertisements on the right side of the page hovering over the actual topics. It is the same way on the Classifieds as well, to the point I can't read a good portion of the words in a post. As a matter of fact, as I type this all the ads are covering the emojis to the right of this text box. What am I missing here, and how do I fix it (if in fact I can do that from my end)?

Thumbs down

This is crazy, can't read an entire post due to the advertising. Anyone know of an alternative LS site?
