5 year member sticker?

Greetings, I've been on this forum since 2010, but just recently got back into the car world after living life for awhile. How would I go about getting the "5 year member" sticker next to my profile photo/avatar?

We only have this as a usergroup/status for 10 year members. The handful of 5 year ones you may have seen were images that were custom made by their users and uploaded as a regular Avatar.
