JoeNova was guilty of non-sponsor solicitation in a rather egregious fashion, this is why he doesn't have access to PMs or a signature. He was/is not a victim in this instance (if only shop owners who don't wish to be sponsors could manage to respect the rules, especially after being directly indicated by the staff, in the first place then things such as this wouldn't happen). That does NOT stop him from posting or participating in the community, and he is not the first to be in this position. Restricted access is a reasonable solution in such matters.
