When you click on a username, the drop down box contains the link "view iTrader Profile". Just click there if you don't see the permanent rating box below their username (which will appear as soon as they have a rating).

The app will eventually be phased out as we add more features to the mobile style.
Adding iTrader features to the mobile style is on our list, we are also fixing the issue where you cannot paste the new Marketplace URL in the feedback URL section.
