deleting past bumps

deleting past bumps I have a couple sales ads on here and usually I bump them and delete the last bump so the thread doesnt grow into many pages... i went to bump it and i cant delete them anymore?
i cant do it in vehicle classifieds or parts classifieds but the one under southern classifieds still lets me...
