I went to my User CP. My settings had been changed.
Go to your User CP, disable PMs and notifications, and delete all your PMs.
Then go to your email acct and delete the SPAM from there as well.
Don't open any of it: I'm pretty sure there's a trojan horse, virus, worm or other malware in the SPAM.

My apologies that you've been hit with so many spam messages. We isolated the PMs to an automated bot that created hundreds of fake accounts, and have been taking actions throughout the day to stop them. These include banning the accounts, removing the PMs remotely from everyone's inboxes to minimize the risk of clicking through to unsafe websites, and increasing the security of our registration process to ensure additional accounts aren't created. We continue to monitor the situation and will make further adjustments as needed. Should you receive any further PMs, please post here and let me know.

We're working to update everyone's notification counts to properly reflect the number of legitimate unread PMs you now have in your inbox. The incorrect number was a side effect of us remotely removing the spam PMs yesterday. While we work to restore the correct counts, you're welcome to continue to use read and send PMs as normal.
We completely understand the frustration and concern about yesterday's spam, and trust me, we feel the same way on our end. You're what makes the community, and we want to ensure you have an enjoyable experience when using LS1Tech. We have safeguards in place for both bots and human spam, but the attack we saw yesterday was at a scale we've never seen before. We have since further enhanced our security to address this.
