Why do people just not seem to understand the concept of PAYPAL?

Or of simple COMMON COURTESY of letting a seller know they don't want the item?

Talk about some FLAKY people acting like they want to buy something!!

Seems to be nothing but TROLLS wanting to waste people's time with 50 questions just to get their rocks off!
