Is there an option to turn these off in the user control panel?

 

Currently there is no option to turn them off as in not seeing any for all accounts.

However, you can remove the ones you have in the UserCP.

 

Ok, looks like IB sites that got the latest vBulletin have this format. It's less aesthetically pleasing than was the format just prior.

 

I would agree. Not sure if anything can be done to return this aspect to the previous format, but it was definitely laid out better before (specifically with regard to the username being at the very top).

 

Something else I've noticed, and I'm guessing is a bug in the latest vBulletin, is when you arrive at the site and click on new posts - you immediately get the 5 second warning. This happens on other vBulletin sites as well (thirdgen and corvette forum are also doing this).

 

We have been investigating that issue. We don't believe it's related to the update because CF received the update first, with no reports or known issues, and other sites received the update in batches days later. It wasn't until recently did the Search flood check become an issue.
