Pictures not showing up in post.

Pictures not showing up in post. When someone attaches images to there post I can see them under my private log on but can not see them under this screen name. What is the deal mods?

BTW I have emailed two admin guys and no one has replied yet.
I went through my options and I have checked show pictures in post. So it is nothing on my end that I am aware of.
