cant log out?

i was going to try and help my dad setup a sn of his own so he could post and stuff, but i cant log off mine to make this happen??? says cookies cleared, but then as soon as i come back on its "welcome.....ls1pny.."

okay i was able to log out.. but why cant i use my email address to make him a sn.. his email is f'd up and cant get it to work...

You can only use an email address once, since the system uses email to notify you of new posts, new PM's, etc.
