The 'little pic by usernames' is the avatar, which can be selected in your "User CP" under "Edit Avatar"... this is the direct link: https://ls1tech.com/forums/profile.php?do=editavatar

Here's instructions for posting 'big pics' (which I assume means inserting them in the post instead of adding them as attachments):

Host your images somewhere such as at www.photobucket.com which allows direct use.

To display the image directly in your post, use 'img' tags like this, with the address of your hosted image in between them instead of this example address:
PHP Code:
[img]https://ls1tech.com/ads/gmmg.gif[/img]
Which will then display like this when used:

Yeah, images have to be resized before you can use them as avatars. If you add it as an attachment or something, I'll resize it small enough for avatar usage for ya.

Your 'profile picture' will only show up when someone views your profile.

You're probably wanting to add a picture to your signature, where you have the '' currently?

To add a "big picture" to your signature (and it can't be too big, has to be less than 500 pixels wide and 150 pixels tall), that is what you have to do by hosting the image at somewhere such photobucket and using the img tags in your signature.

Gotta to be clearer about what you're asking about...

so you just go to edit signature, and in the big box you put down [img]https://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y126/jperraul/9820Z2820Camaro20103.jpg, then the pic will be posted.

just do this but without the *****

I put the stars in so it wouldn't actually post the image. Just take them out and leave no spaces where they were and the pic will go up. If you want the pic in your sig, you have to go to user CP and do it there. Hope this helps

You've almost got it correct there Currently you have:
PHP Code:
[imghttp://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y126/jperraul/9820Z2820Camaro20103.jpg[/img]
It should be this:
PHP Code:
[img]https://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y126/jperraul/9820Z2820Camaro20103.jpg[/img]

just copy and paste my last post and press backspace 4 times to get rid of the stars. That should do it. Just remember that each time you want to post a picture.

Awesome pic of your truck, but it needs to be smaller. I'm no graphics person, but there are many folks on here that are very talented and are always willing to do stuff like this. Here's something extremely basic, just as an example.

It can say or be whatever you want - just look around at what others have done to get some ideas!
