if Billy Joe Bob wrote, "rednecks are funny", and you wanted to quote his statement, just click the button that says "Quote" in the particular post box you want to quote.
if Assclown quoted Billy Joe Bob and commented, if you wanted to quote the entire section, it'd look like this:
