Posting Bug? Once and a While i'll get the message "Sorry the administrator specifies you can only make one post every 10 seconds" or something even though it's only clicked once What's up with that 
Because searching on nearly 3 million posts is *VERY* server intensive. You don't want people clicking on a search, clicking back, clicking search again, etc. a bunch of times when their first query didn't even complete yet. Its a recipe for locking up the database server. So, to prevent people from doing that, we implement minimum search times.
