Having trouble posting pics

I have some pictures that I want to post up, but I'm having trouble figuring out how to do it. I have them on an e-mail right now, I just need some help with hosting them.

go to www.photobucket.com, upload them from your computer, and then you can use the image tags - [i m g] link to photo on photobucket [/i m g] - just take the spaces out of the img tags. photobucket will provide you with premade pastable img tags w/link to the pic when you host it there, just copy and paste it into the post.
