On a distinguised road?

On a distinguised road? I noticed that there is a little green dot next to my post count that says Import Patrol is on a distingued road. Why is that there and what does it mean?
Right. It's the Newly implemented Rating system for users.
The Titles are kind of wierd and the site will be changing the titles. What that means now, is that someone has voted Favorably on you. More info will be comming soon.
