help me shrink these pics
Sure.....
Start > Programs > Accessories > Paint
File > Open > (Find the picture)
Image > Stretch/Skew
Under the Stretch section put 75 for both Horizontal and Vertical then hit 'Ok'.
If that does not do it, go back into Stretch/Skew and put 75 again under the Stretch section until it gets below the required amount. (You can use different values if you like)
Also, make sure the file is saved as a .jpg
