Uploaded videos "being optimized"

Uploaded videos "being optimized" I uploaded some videos last night to video.ls1tech.com @ around 7pm.
As of right now, theyre still being optimized and I should check back in a few minutes except its already been over twelve hours!
Is this normal? If so, how long will I have to wait?

They have to be approved as well. I dunno what the deal is with the optimization junk as I'm not super familiar with that part of the site(its run on totally seperate server at a remote site I do believe), but ACW should chime in as he's more up to speed with that stuff.

Does anyone know whats going on with the videos? I still havent received the emails saying my video is ready and now when I try to play them in the player they dont even say "being optimized" anymore, they just immediately quit playing...

Hey Guys,
We have three encoding servers, and one of them filled up. Our home-brew encoding software hadn't anticipated that so it caused a healthy number of videos to sit int he que indeffinatly. We fixed it last week and I beleive the que was largely cleaned out on Friday.
Now the good news is we're buying a new ProCoder server cluster ($15K...ACK!....and people wonder why I don't mod my car anymore) and this should have a better encoding managment features.
Anyhow, check your video and give me a heads up if it's still being optimized, because if it is, then there was a problem with your codec and I'll have to manually transcribe it.
