If this is actually a reregistration of a banned user, usually they'd post about it right away instead of waiting two months?? No idea what's going on here.

confused Yeah, I'm still confused about the whole thing. I really do enjoy this website. But so far I have only replied with thumbs up or way to go. I don't think that is why I am banned??? Anywho, your right if I was actually banned I suppose I wouldn't even be able to reply. oh well.

Perhaps you were flagged for "post whoring" (ie. posting small message very rapidly to reach a high post count without actually adding meaningful content). Often that's a tactic used by unscrupulous users to circumvent certain rules on the site (such as the min. 50 post count to be able to post in the classifieds). When that kind of behavior is noticed by the moderators/admins, there's a good possibility for accounts to be banned/locked/etc.

What account username are you saying was banned?
If you can't give us more information, we have no idea what you're talking about.
