I would like to use this pic as an avatar. Can someone resize it and make it my avatar for me.

Still don't know how to do it. I know how to get to the User cp avatar part, just not how to put that there.

Save the Avatar you wish to use to your computer (I suggest saving it on your desktop). Now open the USER/CP and select "Edit Avatar". Once there, scroll down below all the avatar images on that page and look for the " Upload an Avatar From Your Computer:" section. Click "browse" and select the avatar you saved onto your computer desktop. Once you've done that, just click "Save Changes" and you're all set.
