Avatar help! Can someone resize this for my avatar and resize it for my sig pic too! I have resized it alot but it doesn't read in pixels while i'm doing it! Any help whould be appreciated!

If you view the resized image in an internet browser and right click on it, and choose properties, then you will see the image. Quickest way to figure it out if your program won't tell you.
