Post New To Site

Hey guys,

I am new to the site, but not to the F-body. I have owned my 99 TA for 2 years now. I have some stock items for sale such as my factory non-ws6 hood and factory wheels and etc. but the site will not let me post in the for sale section...can anyone tell me why?

Thanks and be well!

Jacob

FOR SALE posts. Can't post? READ THIS!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Unfortunately, we've had to put this restriction on our site due to so many lurking scammers popping up and taking honest money. This will HOPEFULLY help ring out a lot of the scammers looking to make a quick buck on our site. So, every registered user on LS1tech is now required to have a minimum of 50 posts, or a minimum of 6 months since registering before they can gain the privilege of posting a NEW THREAD the Classifieds section. Posting for sale items in other forums to circumvent this rule is prohibited and the posts will be deleted.

HOWEVER, READ BELOW:

THIS DOES NOT POLICE THE ABILITY OF SCAMMERS BEING ABLE TO PM YOU ABOUT PARTS. USE YOUR BEST JUDGEMENT IF THIS HAPPENS TO YOU. ALSO, WE ARE RECOMMENDING THAT ANYONE USING OUR CLASSIFIED SECTION ASK FOR AT LEAST 1-2 REFERENCES BEFORE SENDING FUNDS TO ANYONE. THIS WILL HELP INSURE YOUR SAFETY AND OTHERS. IF SOMEONE HAS A PROBLEM DOING THIS, IT IS PROBABLY BEST THAT YOU DO NOT BUY FROM THAT PERSON. ANYONE WITH AN HONEST INTENTION SHOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM PROVIDING SUCH INFORMATION

If you are buying an item, you should be able to request that the seller gives you his first and last name, mailing address, and a working telephone number. We would highly recommend handling transactions over the phone initially, to be sure the number is a valid number. If a seller does not wish to disclose this info to you, consider that highly suspicious.

We would also highly recommend that all buyers do a search for other posts made by the seller, to see how they interact with others and to possibly see how their attitudes are before dealing with them.

We're doing what we can, but it's still a "Buy at your own risk" ladies & gents. That is all
