Rules?
One was collected 8/9 months ago, but for some reason the administrators never finished reviewing it. 
I wonder what the motivation for wanting the rules are:
1. To make sure one knows the limits, and want to make sure they're a positive part of the community
or
2. To make sure one knows the limits, so they can toe the line and **** everyone off by saying "but I'm following the rules."
Unfortunately for the #2 type folks, we don't tolerate that kinda stuff either, and it might as well be a rule
