Its full and I can not figure it out. Need help quick. I have peps tring to get a hold of me.

 

"checkmark" the ones you want to delete (little boxes on the right), and then go down below the list of pm's to the "selected menus" dropdown menu. You can select "delete" in there. Click "Go" and all the checkmarked pm's will go bye bye

 

I know that. I can not delete the STORED msgs. Only the in box one. How do I get to the stored msgs.

 

You must have a bunch of "Sent Items" in storage. Your "Inbox" pm's are always visible by default each time you open your messages. The total number of pm's is a combination of what's in your inbox and what you've sent. For example, I have 96 messages stored. 47 are in my inbox, and 49 are copies of pm's that I've sent. To get rid of your sent emails, look for the "jump to folder" dropdown menu above your private messages. Click on it to select either "inbox" or "Sent Items". Select "Sent items" and click "Go". Now just click on the messages you want to delete, and delete them.
