Im trying to upload a new one & it keeps telling me that its over 2000 bytes. I made it 60x60 just like always. Where in PS CS2 do I change the bytes?

If you change the quality of the resolution/colors, and lower it, it will lower the physical file size.

Ok, Ive shrunk it all the way down to 30pixels per in. & that still isnt small enough. & on top of that its all blurry & you cant tell what it is. Any other suggestions. What happend to the 60x60 then upload then done?
