Connection timeout? Not able to search?

Hello I am not able to use my search option. it says this

Request Timeout
This request takes too long to process, it is timed out by the server. If it should not be timed out, please contact administrator of this web site to increase 'Connection Timeout'

Whats wrong?

I feel your pain It takes foever to load these pages for me too
I sometimes get a timout as well.

I am on a cable dsl I dont think its my speed

Whats wrong?

Combination of server load and database size to search through is the likely culprit - php is hitting the time limit for the query and shutting it down before the results are pulled.
