In apology of my actions (don't know where else this goes...) I need to make everyone aware of my actions on this website. I have miscommunicated on multiple occasions about the quality of GM and their parts technical assistance centers. I have stated negative comments in which I did not believe in, only stated "in the heat of the moment." Please also be aware that the number I have posted for GM ParTech is only for authorized GM dealer access, and should not be used by the general public. I have used ParTech often, and have found it helpful in all circumstances. I have no doubt they will be able to help any parts person with problems or questions that may occur. Please do not interpret my actions towards General Motors as threatening or malicious. I apologize for any concerns this may have created with members of this board, and if any concerns still bother anyone, please contact me via PM to straighten out any doubts.

I don't know what posts you are talking about, must have not read them.
However in today's "not my fault, everybody is a victim" society, it says a lot that you have stood up, apologized, and taken responsibility.
