unsubscribe
Click on "User CP", top left of the page...
Half way down on the control panel is "Subscribed Threads", in that category is "List Subscriptions", click it...
In the BLUE BAR at the bottom of the listing of subscribed threads is a drop down box, click the down arrow, now select "Delete Subscriptions" (after picking which ones you want to unsubscribe to)...
now click the "GO" just to the right of the down arrow...
That should do it.
