My pics are to large of file to post????

Hey I need to see how I can make my pics smaller to post. My pics are like 322kb. I took the pics with a digital camera. Please help!

If you have Windows XP, Open Microsoft Paint. Click on Edit, then Stretch/Skew. Where the two percentages are (both at 100%), take them down an equal number (say to 75% or 50%).

I don't think Win 98's version of Paint has a Stretch/Skew.
