You didn't include 0 as an option, no requirement, this implementation would discourage a lot of people from joining and will also causer a lot of hijacking since people wont be able to start a thread.
I know that if i came here and had to make 25 posts to be able to start a post, id make 25 bs posts in various threads or i wouldnt join. There are plenty of other car forums out there.

Well hopefully most people don't think like you. I think most people would realize that there is TONS of useful information on this site and all they have to do is SEARCH to access it.
Any question a new user may have has already been answered ten times before and you know it.
The implimentation of this idea will promote the Search button, discourage people from joining for the sole purpose of talking **** in the street racing section, and reduce the number of reposts throughout the site.
At least that's what I think...

And this is the best LSX related site out there as far as tech goes. Youd be stupid to want really want to learn about LSx cars and blow this site off because of a post requirement.
There is **** here that you will never find on any other LSx site.

Keep in mind that you all were newbies before. Most of you even asked newbie questions. The only way we can encourage new enthusiasts to participate and enjoy these cars is by answering those questions and directing them how to search.

The guy you speak of probably has thousands of posts here over
the last year and a half, but his post count is only 5 because he
doesn't post in tech forums.
You were getting "bashed" because of your attitude and the incorrect
information you posted. Plain and simple.
