I'm guessing if it's on all the forms, it's some sort of a virus or BOT that is made to sign up and do all of the fun stuff, maybe someone just sits and types in the verification code.

Damn i got the same message and i responded to him, now my inbox says i have 65534 messages. Am i screwed or is this a minor system glitch, i logged out and back in still says the same thing

Is the link for a website that has a membership like they have here with a username and password? if so hes probably running tht site and tying to get people to sign up so he can get those. Since most people use the same username and password for everything on the net and hackers like to do that so they can get into say your email, paypal account or anyrhing on the net with a password that they can profit off.
long before i found this post i had clicked on the link but never singed up or talked to the guy. so do i have to worry bout this scam getting into my email and paypal account? i have not had any strange things happen on the board or anything else yet. been acouple days.
