When you guys own your own site, you can filter/not filter any word you want. Also, any administrator can add/edit filters, for those that were not aware.
Nobody is going to get banned for threatening litigation over free speech, you'd just end up losing, and paying court costs for both parties. This is a privately owned and operated message board, and as such, your first amendment rights do not apply here.

Ok I think everyone should calm down. Even though I think it's ridiculous, banning F T W isn't that big of a deal. It's not like we say it every other sentence or anything. As much as this site gives us, I'm not gonna raise hell because I can't abbreviate for the win.
