Sorry! The administrator has specified that users can only post one message every 10 seconds.

Whats up with that?

yeah i get teh data base error and then after i hit refresh it takes me back to my PM with that error i posted above.

i think that msg means you sent 2 pms within 10 secons. maybe the first one went thru?
