1. Add &page=X (X is the page number) to the URL of the first page. For example, this url is the first page of a thread : www.ls1tech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=598345, and www.ls1tech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=598345&page=4 is the url for the 4th page of that same thread.
2. I don't know; never tried.
