some questions about scrolling text
some questions about scrolling text Can someone please help out a fellow ls1 tech'er and tell me how to put scrolling text in a forum post. I have seen this in some other forums I use and cannot figure out how to do it. I think it has something to do with vb code! thnaks a lot for the help.
As in like a ticker bar?
Not something we support AFAIK - I've not seen it used here - although we are going to be upgrading to the new code in a few weeks, maybe its a feature available in it?

I have tried using vb code on a different forum and it does not seem to support vb cobe because everything shows up just like I type it. I know it supports some kind of code because there are post that have different size text, colors, ticker bars, etc.... What are some other forms of code commonly used on forums?

Since this does not pertain to our forum, I'm going to close it down.
However, if you are really curious how to do something, figure out what message board software that forum is using, and check that software creator's website. They should have that info.
