Mouse problems! Pop up Preview stopped working!

Mouse problems! Pop up Preview stopped working! Yesterday, my mouse was acting up, wheel mouse optical from microsoft. I updated the driver which was 5 years old(2001 and updated to 2006). Well everything works fine except no more pop up previews when you point the arrow over any thread. This goes for all sites on the internet, not just this one. I posted on ls2.com, but noone could help me. I don't want to rollback the driver because it was messing up my game i was playing. Any ideas? its not the browser either, i cleared all cookies, etc..
