Hey Patman (or Nineball) What happened to the new post indicator? The one that would appear when someone posted after you did. It was in red parenthesis. I liked that feature alot!
I haven't been around much lately so this most likely has been covered.

Re: Hey Patman (or Nineball) It was determined to be one of the main causes for the site speed to slow down. Imagine tracking the number of new replies for every single member on this site at once, as everyone's would be different. It was really slowing the site speed down, so its OFF.
New posts are still highlighted with a white background, just like the old way.

Re: Hey Patman (or Nineball) I figured as much. Turning that function off is a small price to pay to increase the overall performance of the site. Thanks for the reply Tony.
